By sending the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the general and payment conditions and to accept them in full. LPV S.R.L. is not responsible for any fraudulent and illicit use that may be made by third parties, credit cards, cheques and other means of payment, upon payment of the products purchased. LPV S.R.L. in fact, at no time in the purchase procedure is able to know the credit card number of the buyer that, through a secure connection and through the best channels of onlinepayment, is transmitted directly to the manager of the banking service. In the event that the order has been correctly entered but the payment by credit card/ paypal has not been successful, the Customer will be contacted promptly by e-mail to be made aware of the possible methods of processing the order.
